    Pros

    Flexible hours
    Proactive market-based salary adjustments
Mid and year-end reviews with possible salary adjustment
Start-up perks with ping-pong, arcade, and beer keg
    New ideas are openly accepted

    Cons

Though every company has it, there is some legacy code that sometimes gets in the way of progressing in other areas.

    Advice to Management

As the company gets bigger job responsibilities need to be distinctly defined so that the promotional path is clear.

I have been working at Enova full-time

    Pros

The hours are mainly flexible đepending on the department in which you work. Benefits are standard, but good. Incentives such as prizes (tv's, entertainment systems), company swag, free meals are a plus.

    Cons

Management is not wholely receptive to the concerns of employees. Staff has the general feeling that management are going to do what they want to do. Concerns are not taken seriously until it becomes a problem for management.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. When employees feel valued, they work better. Having company surveys that are advertised as working to improve operations and then meetings to advise why those opinions are not applicable, or just venting from dissatisfied employees, does not make for the honest sharing and morale. The general consensus is being asked so it can be said that employees where asked. Stop the politics and favoritism in promotions.

    Cons

Management out of touch with reps on the floor and don't care either. Their idea of of a reward is food, but never a word of encouragement. Turnover extremely high.

    Advice to Management

Just start to care and show it.

    Pros

    Cons

The worst environment for growth, HR takes the side of lying employees before trustworthy managers, unfair policies, dirty working environments.

    Advice to Management

I don't know who put you in charge. You are the worst there is. You ruin your employees lives with no remorse for their well being or families.
