I worked at Ensco (UK) (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Nice size company with low turnover amongst its operations staff. Great central location in the city, good benefits, and room for growth.

    Cons

It is easy to become overworked, as positions are normally suited for 1.5-2 people. The tactic was ideal during the downturn, but in profitable times, more staff should be added.

    Advice to Management

If you are going to buy out another company, keep at least a few of the key employees, or else lower level staff will feel lost.
