    Good company to work for even during this downturn.

    Cons

    Communication within departments and company wide could be better.

    Advice to Management

    Would like to see a mentorship program started so that maybe communication would become better.

    Good company. Care about employees.

    Cons

    401 K plan, retirement plan, good benefits.

    Advice to Management

    Hard to contact. Was lay off due to the low oil price, cannot wait to work for them again.

    Ensco holds its employees, vendors and customers to incredibly high standards and practices a true and comprehensive culture of safety.

    Cons

    Lots of advancement opportunities but certainly not number 1 in pay scales.

    Not all employees are created equal, there are a few that add extraordinary value and they should be treated as such.

    Focus on operational excellence and safety. Strong emphasis on core values, opportunity to make a lasting impact.

    Cons

    Acquisition of Pride International was three years ago and the cultural integration has yet to be fully realized. New CEO from SLB is a great addition. Future is bright!

    Communicate more and to all levels as frequently as possible. Share power and authority to develop talent.
