    Pros

This company has a culture that is amazing. They are a very hard working hard playing group and when it comes time to get the job done they deliver. The current CEO is an amazing guy and has the vision to take the company to it's rightful place in the industry. At the top.

    Cons

The turnover of employees there causes them to reinitiate plans that were in place that took years to accomplish. When this happens they pretty much start all over again.

    Advice to Management

Get advice from the employees before implementing new features.

    No mentoring; salary was low.

    Advice to Management

    Promote in within.

    Pros

Good idea and a lot of nice people. Also a great location in SF. A lot of potential to change the transportation space.

    Cons

This is a very tough business. Margins are very thin and attempting to add an additional charge to existing transportation costs is a difficult thing to sell.

    Advice to Management

i think management has made the correct decision in splitting the transportation and technology businesses so that they can each focus on what they are good at.
