    Pros

Company provided very good equipment and vehicles. Shop facilities were very good. The firm hired very good people.

    Cons

Terrible management team that is focused on ego and friendship as opposed to a job well done. Job benefits were unacceptable and well below industry standards.

    Advice to Management

Management is the problem with this company. I would strongly advise a purging of middle and upper management at this firm.

I worked at Ensign Energy Services full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Pay was good. Enjoyed the job itself. Made good lifetime friends. Time off was good 2wks to start 3 after 2 years

    Cons

Top management was a joke they were Too young and immature treat employees like it is middle school. Lack of experience and too worried about playing games rather than managing. Never feel secure very segregated company by departments. Overwork employees with no gratitude or appreciation. Don't help with advancement in career because management is to insecure of there job and feels threatened. Hires and fires employees by upper managements preference if she likes you, you get a job if she don't you lose your job. I might sound like a gruntled ex employee but I actually did like the company in a while but it only takes one bad seed.

    Advice to Management

Hire management that has experience and maturity to be a manager and does not let it go to their heads. More supervision over there management to see the way they treat their employees and HR needs to respond when complaints are made instead of brushing it under the rug.
