I have been working at Enstoa full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible hours. Good opportunities to lead projects even for lower level staff. There are a few fun events throughout the year.

    Cons

A lot of waste in the organization. No clear vision or strategy. No bonuses. Travel required. Upper management takes advantage of lower level staff.

    Advice to Management

Pay more attention to overall morale. Need to address tendency to push away talent because of miss-managing expectations.

I have been working at Enstoa full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Exposed to several technologies and the opportunity to leverage those in my project work (indeed, that was expected).
We get to ask--and answer--very sophisticated questions for our clients that provide huge value to their business.
Work with many smart, highly capable team members.
    Innovative project management methodology.

    Cons

We need more team members (although this is being addressed with a big push to hire several new employees). It can be difficult to get access to key team members given the amount of work we all have during our significant growth.

I have been working at Enstoa full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Enstoa is a great place to work. Great location, 401K matching, working hours flexibility, incredible people and minds, fantastic opportunities, amazing clients and down to earth management team.

    Cons

Hate the health insurance plans through trinet, wish fresh direct came more often, too much oracle primavera unifier, exciting work but no clear career paths,

    Advice to Management

Promote and encourage employee cross training. You have some amazing talent that needs to be nurtured.
