    I worked at Ensuant full-time

    Pros

Normal startup pros like casual and relaxed working environment, equity in the company, etc.

    Cons

Nepotism, racism and outright abuse. I would take them to court if I had proof that could hold up in court but all I really have is my word. The husband and wife owners are beyond delusional and are some of the most horrible people I have ever had the displeasure of knowing and working with. The office is a revolving door for employees. 90% of employees get fired or quit within 6 months. There is no room for constructive criticism let alone opinions on how to make the company better. They ask for feedback but repeatedly have fired employees for providing any sort of feedback that doesn't stroke their oversized egos. I can't stress enough the severity of this warning. Do not work here, or work with them. You will regret it, I promise you.

Additional note: They have littered fake reviews of both their company and products all around the internet. If you read anything that is 5 stars and a glowing perfect review, it is guaranteed to be fake. This is an example of how unethical and conniving they are. For example, look at the reviews on their Android App.

All of the reviews for the app were left by employees I worked with there. Clearly 100% fabricated. Just as I'm sure the 5 star review on this glassdoor page is.

    Advice to Management

Realize this is the United States. You are breaking laws in addition to lying, cheating, stealing and being downright unethical. One day all of your wrongdoings will come back to haunt you. Someone that you have wronged, and there are many, will take you to court and pursue legal action. What goes around comes around.
