I have been working at Enterprise part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

$10 an hour pay is good for students. Great work environment. Very positive.

    Cons

The business can sometimes be extremely busy

    Advice to Management

Schedule the proper amount of people for a certain shift. When one person calls out its like the Apocalypse

I worked at Enterprise full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great place to work if you can sell the rental ins. If you can do that you will fly high. Great parties and good work atmosphere. Starting pay isn't good but if you hand in there you can move up and get raises

    Cons

If you can't sell the ins. you will go know where in the company. Even if your a great person you gotta sell the rental ins. Sometimes have to work in and out of bad weather, dress right for rainy days.

    Advice to Management

I know it's all about customer service but sometimes maybe once a year the customer does slip up and they are not right. Wearing business dress to do rental car precheck in the rain is not fair to employees or customers.

I have been working at Enterprise full-time

    Pros

This company is a great company to come to if you are fresh out of college and havent had any experience with any major job. You can really build your career here. They have a lot of incentives and you work hard they reward hard work. They pay great and they also give back to the commuinity. Its also really great that they promote based off of performance

    Cons

They will take advantage of you if you dont put your foot down. They LOVE to have branches understaffed, but when it comes time for a survey they dont wany understand how a customer cant be completely satisfied if they had to a) wait over an hr for a ride b) wait for a car to be cleaned 3) just wait at all. Another thing is that they are REALLY big on ethics, however, there are a number of employee's that still have jobs because HR is worried about rentention. This is horrible because now it makes those doing things the right way upset. If branch a is doing something and its been reported and nothing is done then it says a lot about how serious they are about ethics. There is only so much we can do and after a while it gets to the point were you just go thru the motions until you find something else. Its not for everyone

    Advice to Management

Get ride of the gray area with ethics. If doing callbacks or pends and you notice another branch's ESQI score has drastically shot up take a look at the backend to c if they are actually earning that score or fudging the numbers by either not closing out tickets or writing everything.... and i mean everything off.

    Pros

The teach you so much from day one. They will train you so much, and help you grown.

    Cons

They do throw you in to the fire from day one, so be ready. The hours are long but time does go by fast.

I have been working at Enterprise part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

GREATEST SCHEDULING IVE EVER HAD, VERY UNDERSTANDING MANAGEMENT. Greatest supervisor I've ever had. In the very beginning, the typical freedoms that jobs do not allow were initially allowed (phone use, freedress clothing). Due to specific employees however, that was taken away. Great pay for the amount off work you do. Sometimes there is simply nothing more you can do except sit down and wait. Amazing Enterprise discount. Management WILL NOT hesitate to come along side you to work with you, unlike pretty much every job.

    Cons

Might work for another department depending upon workload, Frequent policy changes, position should allow for a bigger financial expandability, Early start time, Completely outdoors (any weather)

    Advice to Management

Consider more buildings on the lot for employee shade in weather conditions
