    Pros

    If you work hard and put in the time company will reward you many years down the road. Goal is to become branch manager then jump to corporate for many employees.

    Cons

    Once a salaried employee often work 60 hour weeks and have to work on weekends. Also dealing with customers day to day can be tiresome.

    long hours and shifts and you really wont have a social life

    wish the hours were 8 hour days instead of 10
