I worked at Enterprise full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great team and great training in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and creating a competitive nature in and out of the office.

    Cons

Work long hours, and up to 7 days a week. Getting time off is hard when your a manager. Friends and family will think you live at your job. Pay is always lower then expected. Management can be horrible and weed you out so they can make more money and get promoted while they work you to death on your very low salary.

    Advice to Management

Don't be selfish, work with Branch Managers and hire new college grads. Increase salary for experience reps and let them negotiate commission structure. Don't overwork your best managers and employees.
