    Pros

Learned a lot, they really know how to teach the sales cycle.

You will work a minimum of 48 hours per week as a Management Trainee. As you work up the chain of command the more hours you have to put in as well.

    Advice to Management

When you see a job well done... Tell a person they're doing a good job!

I worked at Enterprise full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Good training program, opportunities for advancement up to branch manager, great for single people right out of college, decent pay; can earn commission as a manager.

    Cons

As you move up, work/life balance becomes non-existent. Was working upwards of 55-60 hours a week which included Sundays off. If you work at a more urban location, lots of your time will be spent chasing people that don't pay on time, recovering towed or impounded cars, getting cars detailed because of filth or smoke smell, etc. Management does not seem to take a lot of these factors into consideration and expects you to make your numbers anyway, often without extra help.

    Advice to Management

Telling employees that "you don't care how many hours you work, these things need to be cleaned up and nobody else can do it for you" doesn't sit well with people who have a life outside of work.

    Pros

Off after working hours and most stores closed sundays. the skills learned are for life.

    Cons

too much work for the pay you get as a manager trainee. expected to sell and no commission based on the daily sales.

    Advice to Management

Pay a decent incentive for protection sales. Hire more people to relieve emergencies.
