I have been working at Enterprise full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Working for Enterprise will teach you, if nothing else, how to solve problems! The skills you'll learn working for Enterprise can be applied to any other part of you life! The Management Trainee Program is A1!

    Cons

Sometimes very stressful and work-life balance can be hard to find. Leaving work at work is probably the hardest thing to do and the hours aren't the easiest to get used to either!

    Advice to Management

Make your team happy. Happy team = great ESQI

I worked at Enterprise full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great for a just graduated college kid. Sales training is actually very well done and looks great on a resume. Many recruiters/head hunters recruit former Enterprise reps. Discount on cars is always handy! Make a lot of great friends and have fun at a lot of outings.

    Cons

If you have a family life or a life outside of work, this job will consume a lot of your time. So many people cheat and lie to get ahead in the sales, but these sales only benefit the managers pay wise. Very political in how you get promoted, though it is based off of your sales numbers there's too much crap between managers and upper management.

    Advice to Management

You preach work life balance however you move employess to branches that are 30+ miles away from home, work 10+ hours a day and really give them no time with their family. Great for the single person wanting some career experiences but so time consuming.

    Pros

    - Enterprise is honestly one of the best training programs you can go through. The combination of high stress, low pay, and long hours selling a product nobody wants to a customer population who is overwhelmingly unappreciative means you'll shine in future endeavors. From that experience you'll develop an aggressive sales approach and appreciate any employment opportunity that comes after.

    - If you can stick it out and choose to progress through the ranks, there is a significant opportunity to make ungodly amounts of money outside of the branch in remarketing, HR, fleet management, etc.

    - Employers really value the work ethic and training that ERAC provides.

    - While you may lose faith in the greater good of humanity, you will also turn into the consummate business professional who could sell pork rinds to ISIS.

    Cons

    - The ERAC machine keeps trucking along because it knows that people either use them for experience then leave after 1-2 years or drink the kool-aid. Pay your dues and get out before the long-term effects of zero intellectual stimulation take their toll.

    - Repetitive actions, low pay, long hours, and high stress = Wall street hours for Walmart pay

    - Prepare to see things you never thought you would with a college degree and meet the strangest human beings in the world. ERAC customers are a comedian's wet dream.

    - $9.99 weekend specials and introducing adults to the presumably obvious differences between debit and credit cards

    Advice to Management

Restructure the payment system because "six years, six figures" isn't remotely realistic and the current model isn't nearly competitive enough to combat the dramatic decrease in retention rates across the company.

I have been working at Enterprise full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You're exposed to a multitude of different areas of business. You'll practice daily on each of them. Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, and Accounts.

    Cons

The hours are for the young. I am 24 and I do not want to make a career out of Enterprise. It's for college kids to launch their careers.

I have been working at Enterprise full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Promotions are given to those who deserve them and not who has been there the longest.

    Cons

Employees get moved around so often its hard to post consistent numbers. Upper management is more interested in those that can post high income even if it doesn't come with cost control

    Advice to Management

Look out for your all around smart employees rather than those that can only sell dub
