Great people to work with and fun environment.

    Cons

No work life balance. On your feet the whole day. You make the company thousands a day and they don't pay you enough. Unethical practices.

    Re think salary and hours.

    Pros

There is potential to make a lot of money depending on your manager and area manager. If they are willing to take time to train you and develop you. The company believes in customer service and sticks to the company values.

    Cons

You can be moved to several offices and when you get momentum going you will get moved and setup for the next "challenge". When upper managerment write you off, you are done. Recognize it and find another job asap!

    Advice to Management

Let employees spend more time in branches they are having success at.

    Pros

Builds confidence when your a Management Trainee. Provides valuable experience that can carry over into future careers. Experience looks great on a resume.

    Cons

The pay just doesn't measure up to the ridiculous hours you have to work. It can prove to be a very degrading job with some of the customers you have to deal with. Once you experience your first rainy day at work and your favorite suit is ruined from checking cars in/out in the rain, you start to wonder why you worked so hard in college. If anything, the job builds character! And once you get a better paying 9-5 job in the future, you appreciate it that much more!!

    Advice to Management

Find different ways of strengthening your employees in the workplace, other than just threatening their jobs if they don't perform better. Show more appreciation for your Assistant Managers, because 9 times out of 10, they're the ones that are actually running your branches!
