    Advice to Management

Management lack of experience in relating to employees cause a breakdown in communication.More experience upper management will be nice.

I worked at Enterprise full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Enterprise offer a lot of opportunities to move up. If you work hard you are rewarded. Must have good sales skills.

    Cons

Sale numbers are everything. If you are making the company money they love you but the second you stop things change.

    Advice to Management

Sell sell sell. Don't expect to move up until you get those number up. Stick in there you can do it.

I have been working at Enterprise full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Enterprise gives you room for growth, tools for growth, and plenty of opportunities for promotions. On a day-to-day basis my favorite part of my job is the camaraderie we have in our offices and the lasting relationships we develop both on a personal and professional level.

    Cons

I honestly can't think of any. If you enjoy a sense of accomplishment and a competitive team environment, it's the place for you.

    Pros

Enterprise is a great career that is family owned. They truly take care of their employees and have top notch service.

    Cons

I have nothing to say here

I worked at Enterprise (More than a year)

    Pros

None to even list. If I could enter 0 stars I would to describe how overrated it is to work for this pyramid scheme of a company.

    Cons

Long hours, exhaustive work, ridiculous sales expectations that are like moving targets so top management can retain their position without the underlings interfering.

    Advice to Management

Quit pimping college graduates for a salary that is not enough to cover basic expenses let alone any student loans

I worked at Enterprise full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

They have a very well written and professional training program. It's hard to argue that the experience you gain is worth it in the long haul.

    Cons

You will work 60+ hours a week so there is zero work/life balance. You will be asked to clean cars in extreme heat/cold while wearing a suit. They tell you to work hard and you will be rewarded but after getting promotion after promotion my pay only increased by a few thousand dollars. I went from being in training to a Branch Manager at one of the largest branches in the state and found out my Assistant Manager was making more money then I was. They tell you that you can make as much money as you want but when you start making really good money they ask you to take a pay cut. If you have no other choice, get a years worth of experience and run.

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees what they are worth.
