I worked at Enterprise Information Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It was a stable job, with clear responsibilities.

    Cons

No millenials, no one socialized outside of work, it was work then go home, work then go home.

    Advice to Management

Find a way to help everyone connect and love not only their job but the people they work with too.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Enterprise Information Services full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Lots of long term employees that have been here over 10 years. People over all are helpful, caring and friendly. The company is still run by the same person that started it. Extreemly bright person that runs a finacially sound company.

    Cons

No real cons if you come in, do your work and contribute to the business.

    Advice to Management

Keep remembering that the new employees don't always get where EIS started and where its going. Also encourage people to mentor other people.

I worked at Enterprise Information Services (Less than a year)

    Pros

Everyone here is really easy to work with and super friendly. It's a small company and everyone tends to get along, and if not- they just keep to themselves. They hire contractors to work for them for government clients.

    Cons

There aren't very many cons. They've been downsizing to save money, but I don't think that is a con. There isn't very much room for growth depending on your department.

    Advice to Management

    More diversity in upper management!

I have been working at Enterprise Information Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

My colleagues are great to work with and the environment is stress free.

    Cons

Senior Management does not communicate effectively with staff at the customer sites. Information is not available when contracts are ending so employees are left to feel devalued.

I worked at Enterprise Information Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you like your current contract position in the organization they win a contract with, EIS will not change anything. Other than that, no pros that I can think of.

    Cons

As mentioned in a previous review, EIS is a complete body shop; there is no career opportunities. They will promise career growth, but will not follow through on any type of verbal agreement; get everything in writing from them if you choose to be employed by EIS. It appears their business model is to bid on government contracts and roll all employees into the company. Once the contract turns over, you are on your own. Do not expect HR to lift a finger to help roll benefits, such as 401k, over for you - you're on your here, as well.

    Advice to Management

They say they care about employees, try following through and prove it. Don't make promises you have no intention of keeping just to get people to join your company. This is very dishonest.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Enterprise Information Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great work life balance and the company has different events year round to maintain company culture and allows employees to network with other employees that may be on different government contracts.

    Cons

Sometimes management isn't always communicative about the direction of the government contracts. Also, because the different tasks can be hectic it can be difficult to seek guidance on growing your own career as well.

    Advice to Management

Continue to find ways to grow the company, but continue to work on fostering a positive environment for your employees growth as well.
