    Pros

Great customer service training! Great place to network with customers and meet people from around the world. Get rewarded for good customer service

    Cons

It does not pay enough for the amount of stress it causes

    Advice to Management

Do not feed your employees to the wolves

    Pros

Great pay and great people that you get to work with and the company really focuses on taking care of its employees. They have fun but work hard, and definitely reward hard work for hardworking individuals.

    Cons

Long hours, and crazy customers. A lot of the times crazy customers come in and we just have to calm the storm with them because they just loose control because they are all ready frustrated

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work you focus heavily in employee development and so far my time there I've met a lot of great people who are pushing me to be the best that I can be.

    Pros

The training, sales experience and customer service experience is great.

    Cons

They will fast track you for promotioms but you have to be in the "network". Often times the best fit canadite will get overlooked and the happy hour or golf guy will get the job. The pay for a college graduate is very low. In LA I worked over 50 hrs a week and still qualified for low income housing.

I have been working at Enterprise full-time

    Pros

This company has provided me with endless opportunity to compete and push myself to be the best. I have all the tools and reports at my disposal to run my own business to the best of my ability without taking all of the risk and time to generate such reports. The experience I have gained is priceless and the rewards have been bountiful especially in recent years as I have seen the company raise pay for all employees and strive to create an amazing workplace where hard work is rewarded.

    Cons

Hard work is hard work. Its all about mentality and big picture thinking but it is great when you work hard and receive the opportunity to advance and make 6 figures quickly. It makes it all worth it.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing at all levels to create a fun, friendly place to work and by rewarding those who work hard to perform at the highest level. The sky is the limit.

I worked at Enterprise (Less than a year)

    Pros

Work with motivated people, meet a lot of people, grow customer service skills. Culture values are there, but aren't enforced beyond committing them to memory.

    Cons

Underpaid, overworked, not enough coaching beyond sales goals, stressful environment.

    Advice to Management

Spend more time focusing on the people that work in your branches. Happier employees means happier customers, which translates to more $$

I have been working at Enterprise full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Not hard work, work with people your own age in a fairly stress free environment, if you work hard, it's not hard to get promoted.

    Cons

The biggest con is the long hours. Have to work around at least 50 hours a week and is easy to get burned out.

I worked at Enterprise full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Give you the opportunity to grow within the company and make decent money eventually managing your own branch or working in corporate.

    Cons

Work long hours without overtime. So pay is not very good when broken down hourly. That system they use to reserve cars for reservations doesn't work very well and you end up without the car when the customer arrives so you are the one who gets yelled at.

    Advice to Management

Don't over work your employees. Put more employees in each branch so they can split shifts. 60 hour weeks is not worth it for the pay.

    Pros

The people you get to work with are great!

    Cons

Long hours/ promotions are not like they say "performance based"

    Advice to Management

Straight forward feed-back on overall performance is beneficial to all of the employees
