I have been working at Enterprise (More than a year)
Great Culture met many friends working for Enterprise
Work a lot of hours which puts stress on work-life balance. Job carries a decent amount of stress
I have been working at Enterprise full-time (Less than a year)
Meeting people, pay, coworkers (everyone is around 23-28 years old), paid training, benefits, PTO, flexible with handling customer issues, do whatever you want to help the customer (nearly).
Long hours (7am-630/7pm 5 days/wk... sometimes add Saturdays (9-12)/6 days a week... in heels its not so fun, heat exposure when weather gets bad
Advice to Management

Enterprise is very transparent, during interviews they have every candidate do an hour observation to ask the employees, customers and accounts questions, see exactly what the entry level, Assistant Manager and Branch Manager job entails. It is a customer service and sales position. If you are not looking for a long term career here Enterprise is not the place for you. The pay, perks and flexibility increase as you move up, so if you don't give 100% in the 1st year you won't see all the perks of being a manager. You get what you put in, just like with any career or business.
Advice to Management
Continue to use structured training schedules and be honest with potential candidates what the job entails and what kind of a commitment is required to be successful. Enterprise isn't for everyone, if you want to be #1, this is the company for you!
