Great Place to Work but Overworked and Understaffed.

    Pros

Great Pay, chances for advancement quickly, Friday's early dismissal. Heavy interaction with upper management.

    Cons

Work Life Balance is horrible. Work a lot of hours, overworked and understaffed groups. There is an understood statement everyone chuckles about, I am not sure why its funny, 'Long Hours, overworked, understaffed groups? Welcome to Enterprise.'
