    Pros

Many departments, with upward mobility. The company is so versatile where you can align your skill set to the department that works best for you and the company. Great family owned company.

    Cons

Way too many hours. It is very hard to maintain a family and social life with the hours that are expected.

    Advice to Management

Business model, is not sustainable long term due to increased hours expectation

    Pros

Great Place to learn budgeting, How to manage staff, work AR and Reward employees

    Cons

When you leave your not always going to have hungry motivated staff, Corporate Management does an extremely good job of adding valuable pieces. Not all companies do a great job of making sure you have quality pieces.

    Pros

Good business experience. Get to work with others straight out of college.

    Cons

55 hour weeks, washing cars in a suit, the pay isn't great at all. Working on the weekends. No work/life balance.

    Advice to Management

Hire more people. It's crazy we were given paid vacation days but could not really take them because there would be nobody to work.

    Pros

very customer oriented position...you have to be a social, customer service driven person to survive this business

    Cons

I worked at Enterprise full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Develop friendships that last outside of the company.

    Cons

Company has lost the understanding of showing appreciation to ALL employees who work day in and day out.

When I started with Enterprise, there were more events to show employees how much they were valued. (Happy hours, Christmas Parties, etc) now the only time you were shown appreciation is when you met a task.

    Advice to Management

Instead of having a "What else can you do for me " mentality, show more appreciation to ALL the employees who are on the front lines. Durimg Good or bad times, employees need to know how much they are needed and appreciated.

They own you. You work from 7am to 6 pm on a regular day. You work 6 am to 6 am on Mondays.

Pay your employees better for the hours you keep them cleaning the vehicles and selling insurance for you.

    Pros

    None. Don't do it!

    Cons

Hours/pay/poor management and fyi raleigh has the LOWEST retention rate in the company. Overtime is a joke. When you start they 'lower' hourly rate so that you need to have overtime to have the annual salary they say they start at.

    Advice to Management

Stop firing good employees that love your company. As someone that never liked the company, I found it amazing how quickly you fire those that bleed green.
