I have been working at Enterprise Recovery Systems full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The people are very pleasant to work with for the most part. The scheduling flexibility makes the atmosphere bearable.

    Cons

Upper management doesn't offer clear direction of expectations. There is a fundamental disrespect of the non-management employees by upper management. Glass ceiling if you are hard worker. Poor compensation for diligent employees.

    Advice to Management

Treat the employees better, in order to bring out the true potential of each individual. Offer some sort of employee benefit. Affordable health insurance or a decent 401k would be nice.

I worked at Enterprise Recovery Systems full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very few. There are so many wrong things with this company that any pro's just don't matter.

    Cons

Company is majorly flawed. If you're looking to get started in IT or engineering its a somewhat of a decent start. Salary is crazy low no matter how much you haggle. Health Benefits are pretty much non existent. What does exist is so expensive that its impossible to insure a family

    Advice to Management

the company is ran like a police state. Employees don't enjoy being micromanaged or tracked throughout the day

    Pros

a job always helps gets the bills paid, and is better than being unemployed. Insurance plan is decent. people are generally friendly.

    Cons

High work load, minimal compensation. Not up to par with competitor company's. Cocky blowhard management that does not produce results.

    Advice to Management

Trying to cut corners everywhere leads to a faulty system riddled with potential problems. Put in effort to build a strong company rather than one that just tries to get by

    Pros

flex time, coworkers are very nice and usually very suportive, the benefits arent to bad either and there are bonuses but of course you have to work very hard for them.

    Cons

management is very rude, however recently more have been promoted so the work mload is probably dispused a little more evenly, the business is numbers driven so you can be over and beyond for a few months in terms of goals and mayabe one month you have a bad month and you will be sure to hear about it but it is collections so thats expected

    Advice to Management

just because a person has good numbers doesnt qualify them to be a manager, give them management classes please
