I worked at Enterprise as an intern

    Pros

extremely fun, outgoing, and supportive people who just want to see you succeed
    great company culture
    good pay - $10/hr
prestigious company that, when you talk about your experience, impresses future job employers
    great opportunities to move up

    Cons

work/life balance can be tough, even interns were expected to work 50 hours a week
as someone who has never had sales experience, it can be discouraging at first
sometimes management makes you figure things out on your own and it can be really stressful as a 20-year old who has no experience in management

I have been working at Enterprise full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Love that i'm in charge of my own career after hard work and proven success I have been provided opportunities to work and be a part of multiple divisions. I've been with the company 3 1/2 years and would have never been provided these opportunities as quickly as I did anywhere else. Enjoy that yes we work hard but the company does reward hard work. We have fun! Fun with our team on a day to day basis and fun with our managers. Every day is a new challenge but it keeps things interesting and continues to push me and develop me professionally . I had another career before coming to Enterprise and found that after a couple of years I was bored. So at Enterprise, I accept the challenges and welcome them!

    Cons

Not so much Cons but yes this is not a typical 8-5pm hours are 7:30a-6p and you will have to work some weekends. I have friends that are Doctors, Dentists etc. and most don't work 8-5pm either when launching their career.

I worked at Enterprise as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great Sales Experience / training
Great team work and cooperative atmosphere
Opportunity to advance and make money

    Cons

Not as easy to advance as recruiting says, but seems possible with a ton of work
Dealing with many angry customers who were overbooked by the online system
    Long hours

    Advice to Management

Take control of the overbooking problem with the online system. When customers think they are getting a reserved vehicle and find no vehicle when they arrive is a difficult situation for employees to explain/turn around and failure potentially results in a permanently lost customer.
