I have been working at Enterprise full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They have an internship opportunity that really lets you know what the job is like before you truly commit. The internship is full of net working and on the job training. One of the best parts about the job is that they train you to succeed. I stayed on with the company and am now a management trainee. It was one of the best decisions I could have made. Not to mention it's good money right after college as well as a great place to move up!

    Cons

Some people say the hours are long because they are used to 9-5 jobs. Fortunately, Enterprise pays you well for your time and gives you the ability to move up depending on your work ethic. You'll want to work and enjoy the people you work with!

I have been working at Enterprise full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You learn very good skills with this position right out of college.
Learn how to work in fast passed environment.
You learn how to deal with tons of different situations

    Cons

There is little to no work life balance since you are working a minimum of 49 hours a week and you work upwards to 56 hours.
If you are not looking to work in a sales position my advice for is to not take this job, they market it as a customer service job not a sales job, but it is both.
Lot of butt kissing to customers, who essential dictate your career. If a customer is not completely satisfied just because they didn't get what they wanted it negatively affects your branch and your personal rankings with in the company.

    Advice to Management

Find a better way to allow more work life balance, and how to promote with more positions.

I have been working at Enterprise full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Lots of opportunities for growth and training, great start for someone under 25 looking for a job after college. Lots of people here clear six figures

    Cons

Work life balance isn't here. Be prepared to work 54 hours a week. Over the age of 25-30 you will have a difficult time adjusting to long hours, customer attitudes and your coworkers being 5-10 years younger than you

    Advice to Management

Reduce number of required hours to 40 hours a week. No reason why employees work over that

I have been working at Enterprise full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Lots of employers respect seeing enterprise on your resume. You will get offered jobs just for working here. If you try hard and ask questions you can move up very quickly.

    Cons

Absolutely zero emphasis on work life balance. You are constantly either at work or talking about work.
Upper management only cares about the bottom line. They will disregard the needs of a branch as long as it doesn't hurt profits.

    Advice to Management

Start treating employees like humans with feelings and lives outside of work.

I have been working at Enterprise part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Get to drive cars around almost all day, laid back work environment.

    Cons

The manager will either make or break this job. I've worked under 3 managers now and will say that two were absolutely amazing, but the 3rd made this job miserable and not fun at all.

    Advice to Management

Treat your team like human beings and you will see them grow and make you prosper in your branch, no?
