    Cons

Way too many politics, you have to politic in order to get promoted

    Advice to Management

Dont fire people without getting the two sides of the story especially those whom relocate. You should always give new General Managers a probationary period before they are allowed to terminate with no explanation, at least 6 months.

    Pros

I enjoy learning all the sales and management aspects. I also appreciate the upward mobility. I like the workers and the location is good.

    Cons

The primary downside is that all employees are started at the same position. I would have liked if they started me at a position more in line with my education.

    Advice to Management

If I had to give any advice, it would be to move the hiring process along. i felt like it took a long time to get hired.

Great career advancements, discounts for rentals and used car purchases, benefits, very friendly environment, instant friends with all coworkers in all nearby branches.

Better perks and bonuses to alleviate the long hours and weeks and the angry customers we deal with every day.

I worked in the fleet division which is different from the rent-a-car department. Everyone in management vested time and effort into the training and really cared about your success. Since leaving, I have interviewed with other companies and my experience with Enterprise is always impressive. I would highly recommend this job to anyone looking for a great sales job.

    Cons

Work/life balance – they definitely promote a “workaholic” mentality

    Pros

Some of the best reasons to work at Enterprise would be the work environment, upper management, and career advancement opportunities. Their is no limit to how successful you can become in the company.

    Cons

One of the downsides of working at Enterprise is the long work hours. I wouldn't recommend it to those about to start a family. It can be very time consuming at times.

    Advice to Management

Wonderful job! I look forward to return upon graduation.

    Pros

I worked for the Contact Center, and although the job sometimes was tedious, working for the company made up for it. Although I didn't have a college degree, I was still on a career path and got significant raises every few months for the first couple years. I miss it.

    Cons

Sitting in a cubical for 8 hours a day, having to take a break from the phones at a specific time...

    Advice to Management

Great job, continue rewarding employees, as most companies don't care enough nowadays. Benefits were great, insurance benefits could have been a little better.
