    Pros

Great atmosphere, competitive, love my co-workers. Lots of opportunity for growth. Learned time-management, communication skills, decision making, marketing, etc.

    Cons

Great if you're single and don't mind working 50 hours a week 7am-7pm every day.

I have been working at Enterprise full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Easy to get more hours.
    Good discounts
If you put in your years and get to managment then alot of perks and benifits
    Hours flexible at some locations.

    Cons

Managment is always right, even when they're not.
Lower level grunt workers are not worth anything to them.
"Working hard" means making them money. If you dont make them money they dont think you work hard or deserve any reward.

    Advice to Management

Rethink your training for what,a manager should be. Someone that can smooth talk customers and boost sales does not always make a good leader.

    Pros

A lot of really great people you work with, and you gain a lot of experience, managers are great overall

    Cons

Long work hours, not necessarily compensated to how much work you actually put in, very sales heavy and can be overwhelmingly so

I have been working at Enterprise full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There's plenty of opportunity to advance quickly if you work hard and create a good reputation of yourself. They give you random sales rewards like gift cards, happy hours, and recreational half days. The average age range in the first couple levels of management tend to be 26-30 making it a fun, young, energetic environment. The company also has a variety of different divisions to crossover into.

    Cons

No work life balance; it's all work. You barely see your family and friends. Customers are always the first priority so you consistently feel disrespected and verbally abused as customers that cause problems tend to be illogical, selfish and condescending. For those looking to make a social impact look elsewhere as this is just a good place to build your managerial skills and collect a paycheck. It's a great place to start but not to finish.

    Advice to Management

    Stop burning out your employees.
