    Pros

Great rewards, encouragement, coaching, exercise, first out-of-college salary.

    Cons

Dangerous situtations, running across traffic because you were out of cars and no other way to get back. Lazy managers.

    Advice to Management

    Great company, needs some tweaking.

    Pros

This is a very fun place to work. This is a pay per performance structured company. I would suggest this as a great job for any college grad. I wish I would have worked here in my mid 20's when I was able to live on a smaller salary.

    Cons

Long hours. I think that the starting pay should be higher. It may be good pay for a college student who has never worked, but it was not enough pay for someone in their 30's who is used to making more money.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing. Enterprise is a fine tuned machine. I wish I could have afforded to stay on board with you guys.

    Pros

Great opportunity for the new college grad. Chance to learn all areas of business world including: accounting, sales, marketing, human resources and more.

    Cons

The hours can be long and grueling, but when you're trying to build a career for yourself it can pay off in long run. Real Advice, get at much experience as possible then look for best offer possible elsewhere. Great first job.

    Advice to Management

Macro management made the company great. Gave everyone the chance to think for themselves and prove themselves. Less is more and micromanagement will be the demise of the company.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

You will become great friends with the people who work in your office. When there are no customers you will fool around and have a great time.

    Cons

The starting salary is pretty bad. When there is a rush at the end of the day, everyone is extremely stressed.

    Advice to Management

You should pay your entry level employees a little more. Because they pay so low at the beginning there is a large culture of drinking (b/c you can't afford to do anything else).

Best place to begin your career! It gives you the feel of owning your own business with support from an administrative office.

    Cons

The hours can get to you at first but you can use it to your advantage. Grow your skills and build your strengths during these hours. Putting in the time with this company is WELL worth it.

    Advice to Management

Stay connected with your area and branch managers. Receive criticism as a positive road to success. They are there to help you succeed... listen to them... learn from them... and your time will come.

    Pros

The best part about working for Enterprise is that you are always moving up into a new progressive role with the organization. You may start working in a store renting cars to customers then progress on in your career into management, human resources, accounting, marketing, car sales or corporate sales. Everyone starts as a Management Trainee working in a rental branch but after that you get promoted and choose your own career path.

    Cons

When you work at Enterprise you can expect to do a little of every thing from helping customers, to washing cars to selling coproatations, dealerships and insurance companies on Enterprise services. The hours can be typicaly more than 40+ hours and it is a very competitive promotional enviorment.

    Advice to Management

Continue to promote differnet career pathways to newer employees. While Enterprise does offer a fair salary for a Managment Trainee there are many other more lucrative opportunities in the job market.
