    Cons

Entry level can be tough between demanding customers/account, working 48-49 hours BUT Management Trainee role is not designed to last forever. If you are able to work hard, perform and see big picture, the opportunities are endless

I worked at Enterprise full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Solid training that will last into future careers. I never realized how good the training was until I left. Work with Great people that will be life long friends.

    Cons

Long hours and a micromanagement culture. The company has changed a lot over the years. You used to be able to manage an office with freedom to use you skills and talents. Corporatitis has creeped in and there is no room for a personal touch anymore

    Advice to Management

You hired people for their brains and talents. Let them use them The overall culture has changed to a point that good people will leave as opportunities of the past just dont exist anymore

    Pros

It's a challenging and fulfilling company to work for. Employee satisfaction is a priority of Enterprise.

    Advice to Management

I've got nothing to say yet but when I do I'll be addressing my supervisor. Enterprise is always looking to improve.
