    Pros

    I can't think of one.

    Cons

They love to email spam you when a job finally comes up. Don't hear anything from them for 3 months. Then get 8 emails from the same 4 people in a 1 day period of time. What a joke.

    Advice to Management

Fire your current recruiters and tell the new ones to 1) actually READ the resume 2) don't send 4 different people to recruit them and 3) Don't have those 4 people email the person multiple times.

    Pros

    Zero, zed, nil, none, nothing

    Cons

They keep sending emails that do not match resumes, are for jobs 3000 miles away, and are basically spam.

    Advice to Management

Stop being lazy. Reach out to specific people, based on their skills and match them to actual jobs that can actually take. Also, don't try to sell people on jobs at Indian H1B rates if they live in the U.S. That's what made Americans so angry, and why you're about to see minimum H1B rates raised. So, get with the program. You're going to have to hire Americans, rather than take jobs from them. Start treating them with respect, or they will go to other agencies (sheesh).

    Pros

Was fine back in 2013 but no longer

    Cons

    1. Broken promises
    2. I've contacted Enterprise Solutions Inc (ESI) repeatedly to request Verification of Employment (VOE) for time I worked at ESI for my new prospective employer(s). Each time I was promised the VOE would be provided. A week later still nothing which jeopardizes my job offer with new employer. This company is negligent and not reputable.

    Advice to Management

Get your act together or close shop.

I worked at Enterprise Solutions, Inc full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

What to say... A opportunistic, body-shopping sweat shop company like many other desi firms in bay area with all dirty tricks.
Maybe on-time salary payment may be one plus.
Dynamic sales team but they ask you to show more experience in resume without taking in consideration employee capability or concern.

    Cons

Promise green card filing but do not file even after years of service. Delay with various reasons
Push you to go to any place in USA to work without listening to concerns of employee
Force you to work at lower hourly rate with taking concerns of employee in

    Advice to Management

    Stop expoliting resources

I worked at Enterprise Solutions, Inc full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The pay is good. I learned what it means to be part of a team but also to be held accountable as an individual. As such, it was a great learning experience and my career is better off for having worked with the decent people at ESI.

    Cons

It is stressful. Management demands excellence and I tried to provide them with it. I used to resent the bosses for making me work so hard, but now I appreciate what I went through.

    Advice to Management

Maybe a little more positive reinforcement, whether things are going well or whether one hits a rough patch. But then again, it isn't grade school so maybe it is silly to ask for a gold star for simply doing your job.
