I have been working at Enterprise (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good Pay straight out of college, learn a lot about management and sales. If you can sell here you can sell anywhere

    Cons

Work life balance, work life balance, and work life balance. Sales should not be the only factor when it comes to getting promoted.

    Advice to Management

    40 hour work weeks

I worked at Enterprise as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

I learned a lot about sales and the professional world in general. The training program is great and just about everyone I worked with was very friendly and willing to help.

    Cons

Long hours can be tiring, especially if you're in an extremely busy branch like I was. It can be a bit embarrassing for some when your stats are posted in front of the internship class at the end of the program if you didn't do so hot on your sales goals.

    Advice to Management

Pay your interns a little bit better, since they are doing largely the same exact work as the full-time employees.
