      Pros

      Enterprise has a great training program and employs like minded people who strive for success. The managers and co workers I’ve had are great people who I’ve learned a lot from

      Cons

      Started during COVID so my start was a little rocky but I can’t blame them for that. Long hours and customers can be a pain.

      At the branch level you work with some great people,

      Cons

      This is a very demanding company. We are significantly understaffed due to COVID layoffs and there has been very little push to hire more employees to help. With the lack of staffing being so drastic it would be acceptable if there was additional compensation through a bonus for the increase in workload but there has been no mention of this. Unfair treatment for employees at rental branches
