Pros
You receive great training but there is also lots of times where you are allowed and encouraged to take ownership of the business. Career path is also clearly outlined for you at the beginning of the job or internship. Great benefits, no complaints honestly
Cons
Only con is long hours but you get overtime pay and they work with your schedule as much as possible

Pros
Good hours and liked the ability to receive pay on a hourly rate and not a commission paid job to employees
Cons
Bad management they put you in a situation where the management doesn't do any work but gets other people to do all the work
