Great Company, But Hard Work
Dec 28, 2021 - Management Trainee in Marlton, NJRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
You receive great training but there is also lots of times where you are allowed and encouraged to take ownership of the business. Career path is also clearly outlined for you at the beginning of the job or internship. Great benefits, no complaints honestly
Cons
Only con is long hours but you get overtime pay and they work with your schedule as much as possible
