This might be for the Exit Opportunity bowl, but wondering if anyone had insight into the Cigna Enterprise Strategy group? I don't have many contacts in the US and don't have a sense for what the internal strategy roles at the large health insurers are like, but I saw a posting recently and was immediately tempted. I'm at ~7 YOE made up of Big 4 and now at a boutique firm.

I’ve been a Management trainee since June 2018 and it has been one hell of a journey so far. From a fantastic onboarding experience at head office to passing my MQI in under 9 months, Enterprise has given me so many opportunities to develop and succeed. The whole management training programme is well structured and you will learn something new everyday! You have support from the entire company and everyone wants you to succeed. The programme is set into three stages inwhich you aim to complete each stage within 3 months. This includes developing your knowledge around the 4 key areas of the business - development, customer service, growth and profitability. You will get the chance to open up new business accounts and spend days with department heads to learn more about what they do. Once each stage is done to take the MQI which tests your knowledge on the departments of Enterprise and the second you pass you are promoted to Management Assistant and are eligable to apply for Assistant Manager jobs! The progression is so quick if you are motivated to succeed and i can’t reccommend working for this company enough!

The average working hours are slightly more than your average 9-5 job but i wouldn’t let this scare you off! We work hard and we reward hard work!

-Great starting pay. The sky is the limit in terms of income if you can sell. -Great opportunities for bonus and profit sharing if you and your branch perform well. -Upper management in corporate and in Nevada is outstanding. Truly care about the staff they serve. -Everyone dresses very well and that carries over into your attitude and professionalism (for the most part). -Potential for tips when dealing with customers, though not expected.

-Work/Life balance is non-existent. 48-49+ hour work week just to make the promised salary. You get the big money off the last day in the week. Call out and that is a huge chunk of money down the drain. -Very fast paced and stressful job and this can make management extremely difficult depending on the branch you work at. Nearly impossible to get all daily assignments completed when branch is understaffed and you have to help customers.

Feel free to post any interview questions you might be asked and I’ll help you compose an effective response :)

Assistant Director of Education and Training

Just finished an application to a university that required me to enter all my work experience twice. First under employer history then AGAIN under work history. I am hoping no one else is that persistent or stubborn and I will be the only applicant! Oh, and you had to attach your resume too.

Hi there, has anyone interviewed with a company called MBI Industrial Medicine that can tell me how the interview process works?
