Pros
Tough training, on a daily basis it is a challenge against yourself.. The training help you to face real challenges of the business world at different scale. Lot of opportunities to progress within the business. The skills that the program convey are oriented through sales, customer service, project management, management and General business. It is a great training, the company's values and business ethic rules are great and set the foundation of an healthy company. The program really helps to observe close to the decisional board how to run a business and how to decisions are made.
Cons
On a daily basis, the program can seem repetitive. Long hours and shift being work and overtime can makes it difficult to have a life beside work. The roaster are sometimes done two weeks ahead. Combine personal life and work is very difficult. Concerning the Airports locations, the teams are bigger than in the home cities. The environment among employee in Airport is hyper competitive, and hard work is not recognized sometimes as much as sales. That can create frustration or unethical behavior that would break the trust among employees.

Pros
Young, fun colleagues! So many career opportunities, literally everybody starts in the same position which creates a great sense of equality. If you work hard and if you’re invested in your career, you can advance so fast! There’s good compensation for expenses, such as travelling to head office for training. There’s social life within the company and while a conservative work environment we still manage to have so much fun in the workplace! This is crucial as your hours are very long. You need good co workers as you see them more than friends and family.
Cons
The hours. You’re looking at 11-hour work days, 50 hours a week. Sometimes you do the weekend too but then you’re flexing out on a given weekday. To be fair though, if the hours come as a surprise, then you didn’t pay enough attention at the multiple interviews as it is mentioned to you continuously. Work and life balance is tricky but it’s all about time management and investment in your career. This isn’t your average job - a lot is expected from you because the company invests in you. So yes, be prepared for long hours. It’s only a potential issue for me if I ever want to start a family.
