Pros
Great place to work if you can sell the rental ins. If you can do that you will fly high. Great parties and good work atmosphere. Starting pay isn't good but if you hand in there you can move up and get raises
Cons
If you can't sell the ins. you will go know where in the company. Even if your a great person you gotta sell the rental ins. Sometimes have to work in and out of bad weather, dress right for rainy days.

Pros
You receive great training but there is also lots of times where you are allowed and encouraged to take ownership of the business. Career path is also clearly outlined for you at the beginning of the job or internship. Great benefits, no complaints honestly
Cons
Only con is long hours but you get overtime pay and they work with your schedule as much as possible
