Pros
The days absolutely fly by so whilst you do work long hours, you never clock watch! Really good culture of reward and recognition. Great people in every location and good to see how quickly people progress up the promotional ladder.
Cons
The hours are long and can be unpredictable as our customers have high expectations and you can’t go home until each customer is taken care of.

Pros
The people you work with are great and make work a very easy place to come to. Work doesn't feel like work as everyone has such a good bond that you don't only have colleagues but people you can call your friend outside the work place.
Cons
Can be very high pressured on busy days dealing with lots of customers doing everything you can to ensure everything is done beyond the expected standard and also making sure all of your customers are happy at the same time
