Pros
I’ve been a Management trainee since June 2018 and it has been one hell of a journey so far. From a fantastic onboarding experience at head office to passing my MQI in under 9 months, Enterprise has given me so many opportunities to develop and succeed. The whole management training programme is well structured and you will learn something new everyday! You have support from the entire company and everyone wants you to succeed. The programme is set into three stages inwhich you aim to complete each stage within 3 months. This includes developing your knowledge around the 4 key areas of the business - development, customer service, growth and profitability. You will get the chance to open up new business accounts and spend days with department heads to learn more about what they do. Once each stage is done to take the MQI which tests your knowledge on the departments of Enterprise and the second you pass you are promoted to Management Assistant and are eligable to apply for Assistant Manager jobs! The progression is so quick if you are motivated to succeed and i can’t reccommend working for this company enough!
Cons
The average working hours are slightly more than your average 9-5 job but i wouldn’t let this scare you off! We work hard and we reward hard work!
