Pros
Enterprise has a good training program that gives you the ability and exposure to communicate with customers effectively.
Cons
Management, from the top down, treats entry-level and non-Admin employees as if they are children. This is the one thing that bothered me for much of my time there.

Pros
Good entry level pay especially right out of college. Great training program that is recognized by many other companies and teaches you a lot about running a business.
Cons
Long hours and a lot of running around. Cleaning cars in the heat is no fun and during my time there we were mostly understaffed. Typical irritants that come with dealing with the public.
