Pros
Zero. They lure you in with false titles & "responsibilities"
Cons
They spin your interview into a door-to-door sales job - which, don't get me wrong, isn't the worst thing for someone w/o a college degree - but if you want to sell girl scout cookies, I would suggest applying with them instead of Peak.

Pros
The day flies by great job out of college stepping stone learn so much fast track career if you want it to be. Manager training program is great .. Usually fun ppl to work with makes your day.lots if opportunity to make more money in sales bonuses. Great benefits. Holidays off like corporate America
Cons
Long hours overworked underpaid micromanagement retail hours dress code to wear business attire but your washing cars? Your a taxi driver to take customers to and from there house job or body shop can be dangerous. Burned out quickly. You feel trapped sometimes especially if you have an interview to get something else but you can't go because of the hours. This isn't one if those jobs that you can't just not show up. God forbid you have personal business yo handle ....by the time you get off everything is closed although their are flex days but your usually so tired and wanting to be normal for a day . you really need really good time management literally every minute counts when your off work.
