    Pros

Family oriented company. Flexible with paid time off and benefits. Work from home option for many positions. Great benefits. Great customers. Corporate marketing solutions, fundraising solutions, savings for the end consumer.

    Cons

There are strict goals for performance but lots of tools and training provided for success. A little "top heavy" with upper management.

    Advice to Management

Continue to look to your foot soldiers in the customer service department for new initiative ideas and advancement opportunities.

    Cons

Tough goals so pressure to perform. But this is good and why everyone is working hard and focused. I cannot think of any other cons.

    Pros

The people were great - not sure how they have retained great employees considering how badly they treated people.

    Cons

The middle managers were useless and total suck ups. They knew less than the sales people and were certainly not there to help or mentor people. They did as little as possible and stayed under the radar to collect a paycheck. When they has the massive layoffs in Dec of 2014, they laid off all the talented sales people that worked hard to keep the company going and kept all the managers - what a joke!

    Advice to Management

Get rid of all the middle managers that do nothing!

Work from home & structure your own schedule. Pay not great but decent. Schools loved the products.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Since their bankruptcy I haven't had any contact.

    Pros

The environment and people are awesome. Laid back and fexible. Coworkers become close lifetime friends. Great for people looking for a temporary job that pays more than minimum wage and opportunities for overtime. If hired and do good work, likely to be able to return for seasonal work.

    Cons

The company is struggling, and it is very noticable. Every year fewer and fewer permanent employees are brought back for another season. Work is repetitive, and low satisfaction. Very little opportunity to move up in the company even when if you have been working there for years.

    Pros

Entertainment seems to draw good people. Many skilled people have started or spent their careers working at Entertainment.

    Cons

During the time I was last there, the company had taken a sharp downturn. People were leaving and moral was low. There was a constant stream of high level people brought in from outside to turn things around.

    Advice to Management

Give your loyal employees opportunities to grow.

    Cons

CEO and upper management does not care for the employees at all. They give some pep speeches but decides to lay off so many people.
