    Pros

Access to Spanish Speaking Broadcast Networks and cultural events. Good Health Insurance Coverage. Small office and you get to know each other. Gas reimbursement and Cell Phone % reimbursement. Usually Mon-Fri. Weekends off.

    Cons

Micromanaging, upper management are unavailable and inexperienced. Long hours. No room for female advancement. Insufficient training for new employees. favoritism among male senior execs.

    Advice to Management

Be available. Let people do their jobs accordingly. Equal Opportunity for every employee. Provide proper training for employees. A media kit alone doesn't qualify as "training." Better communication among managers and staff. Stop stealing company resources for personal use.

    I worked at Entravision

    Pros

Compensation package is very good with very high expectations.

    Cons

Restructured some positions after 2008 economy decline and increased the duties for one person three fold. Everyone was and still are miserable, morale is low, pressure is high. Long, long hours leading to burnout.
