I have been working at EnvisionRxOptions full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Work ethics, Values, Culture, very diverse and respectful environment. Growing company with awesome benefits, PTO, 401(k) and Career advancement opportunities including Tuition reimbursement.

    Cons

The company is in transition. there may be moments when you feel little ambiguity to what you are doing, but your managers and HR is always willing to work with you and support you. the culture is to set everyone for success.

    Advice to Management

You are doing a great job!!

Many companies exist in dynamic environments, Envision is one of those companies. If you use the keyword "change" in the training system you can explore modules related to how to handle feelings during times of transition. There are quite a few modules that may help you navigate ...

I have been working at EnvisionRxOptions full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - Benefits (401k, PTO, medical) - Facility ( i.e. 2 story building, large cubicles, attentive security) - Food truck comes every Friday (food not covered by Envision)

    Cons

    - Inexperienced hires with lack of guidance/resources to understand Envision’s unique processes - Lack of communication between management - Lack of internal communication between departments - Impossible to take time off during 4th quarter (November–January) - No flexibility during the winter holidays - Constantly finding faults in employees rather than finding faults in management despite the high turnover

    Advice to Management

Teamwork makes the dream work. Maybe have company holiday parties to improve esteem and recognition of the employees’ great work. Improve 4th quarter’s hectic scheduling. Fix communication between management and upper management.

I have been working at EnvisionRxOptions full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

There are a lot of people I work with who care about our company and our members. They work hard to make sure our clients and members are taken care of. We have some unique offerings.

    Cons

Lots of change, but it can also be a good thing. Keeps me on my toes!

    Advice to Management

Continue to hone in on the top priorities and focus the org toward those priorities.

I worked at EnvisionRxOptions full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The health insurance benefits and vacation package are ok.

    Cons

The things that kept me there for some time were the ability to take PTO and the good work relationships I had with my team. Other than that, there’s very poor collaboration; departments always try to push back when asked questions, Human Resources provides ZERO support for their employees. They dodge questions all the time or simply fail to get back to employees. You have to beg to have questions answered. They don’t...

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees like they matter. Value them or continue to lose great employees. Educate Human Resources to provide better and more support. Improve systems related to prescription benefit; have staff that actually provides support for employees in this area.

I have been working at EnvisionRxOptions full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Potential employees; please take your time and read through the reviews and notice the commonalities along with stark contrasts on positive reviews and negative reviews. There are some positive commonalities, namely the benefits, and positivity which seems to be limited to specific departments. In contrast, some reviews have are very positive; some are very negative. I do like most of the plebians that I commonly work...

    Cons

Again there are some contrasts between reviews, but also many commonalities. I am thankful for my job and trying to help. I can't say run to potential employees as we are looking for good people to help right the ship. The questions are, do we know how to right the ship and are good people listened to one hired? If they are listened to, are their thoughts collected via a feedback loop and enacted upon. I can say that...

    Advice to Management

Set up the commoners for success by listening and acting upon their needs. Be humble. Listen. Think. Display our values. Figure out ways to work together to pick away at problems and don't stab each other in the back in meetings or behind meetings. We really aren't as great as you think or say we are. So much is on fire based on our model in the past through acquisitions and sheer pursuit of growth. The model of growth...

    Pros

401k, benefits package , nice coworkers, who deserve better than what they are getting

    Cons

This place has become a terrible place to work. They somehow didn’t know how many new patients we’d get at the beginning of TWO enrollment seasons. Upsetting all kinds of Medicare patients and commercial clients. If I owned a company I’d never use Envision. I don’t even use Envision, I don’t trust my own pharmacy to fill scripts for my own family! We are not able to give our patients proper customer service. Constant...
