    Pros

401k, benefits package , nice coworkers, who deserve better than what they are getting

    Cons

This place has become a terrible place to work. They somehow didn’t know how many new patients we’d get at the beginning of TWO enrollment seasons. Upsetting all kinds of Medicare patients and commercial clients. If I owned a company I’d never use Envision. I don’t even use Envision, I don’t trust my own pharmacy to fill scripts for...

Thank you for providing a review of the company. It sounds like you have been working with us for five years and likely have ideas to help the company thrive. I encourage you to share those ideas with your manager and onsite leaders directly. While we do employ staff who are not ...

I have been working at EnvisionRxOptions full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Envision is currently going through a transition period. I personally view this as a valued opportunity. The business model that existed a few years ago, doesn't work, and now we as an organization have to be nimble and make changes that position us for future growth. IF that is the environment you want and crave then Envision is for YOU!

    Cons

Transitioning can be difficult. But, you have to chip away at it, make the changes that make good business sense AND keep the wheels on the bus still running as you juggle everything. Either you get it or you don't. We can't keep doing things the way we did a few years back. The business model has changed and sometimes employees who have been here awhile still want to continue to do things the same way. Microsoft...

    Pros

Medical and 401k are the only pros....but rumors have been swirling of cutting the 401k so....take it with a grain of salt....

    Cons

Everything about Envision is a con. The management is a joke and lazy/dumb people are hired because that is all Envision can find since it's been blacklisted as an outsourcing company now. All NEW work is outsourced to India. There are a ton of Indians in the Twinsburg buildings and offshore.... The pre-existing full time employees...

    Pros

Employees and c-suite executives were very responsive and easy to work with. Employees were treated well by the company, as a whole. I would recommend Envision as a place of employment and would gladly return there for the right opportunity. It seemed that promotion opportunities were plentiful in every department besides the one where I worked.

    Cons

Difficult to move between departments & career path if could be bettered mapped out. Difficult to escalate/resolve concerns with direct managers

I have been working at EnvisionRxOptions full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

A lot of really great co workers who remain dedicated to providing quality service to our clients. Many of the other pros from years ago have quickly disappeared

    Cons

Where to start?....executive management feigns transparency, yet communicates nothing. Looming Walgreens acquisition has hurt the signing and retaining of accounts. Holiday bonuses were discontinued with no warning or explanation to staff. Executive team is scrambling to find ways to create revenue that does not exist. Ethics have disappeared along with many key quality middle and upper middle management. Lots of hiring...

    Advice to Management

Examine who actually does the work and find a way to retain them before all leave. Stop hiring key positions with talentless individuals. Stop rewarding yourselves and take care of your associates who perform and maintain this ship from barely sinking. Look to yourselves as being the problem

    Pros

Envision is a great company with a great company environment. Most of the employees are friendly with a common purpose of achieving the objectives of the organization.

    Cons

Envision was a private company with a small private feel. More recently it started trending towards a big corporate feeling.

    Pros

You can miserably enjoy doing nothing all day because the culture has become so toxic that nobody dares speak up or even attempt to do anything to make things better at this point.

    Cons

Envision is the same old American Business story sadly told over and over again. New Executive Leadership comes in after a buyout to "fix" everything and all they do is end up ruining a perfectly good company. Any original employees with any talent have long since left, and new management brought in are derelicts that couldn't make it elsewhere. The PBM Industry is quite small...
