    Pros

Great boss, reasonable pay, good benefits

    Cons

Drama, not sure about senior leadership, HR is not the greatest

    Advice to Management

Look for ways to improve negative vibe in the office setting. HR is disorganized and needs a lot of work.

I have been working at EnvisionRxOptions full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Fair wages, good benefits, HIPAA compliant, always busy, lots of job opening.

    Cons

There is great internal uncertainty as to the company's future. For the first time in the history of EnvisionRx, no Christmas bonuses were given. Additionally, CEO Frank Sheehy chose not to advise employees. Monthly Account Services team calls suggest the company has no idea what the future holds. Business has been negatively impacted by the Walgreens purchase delay. Account Team is required to work late evenings/weekends...

    Advice to Management

Eliminating holiday bonuses without warning was a huge mistake. Many employees suffered. There's no reason to stay at this company especially with major competitors actively pursuing us. Too much high-level deception going on. Not a healthy work environment.

I have been working at EnvisionRxOptions full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good Benefits and most of the co-workers are hard working people. I believe they are trying to raise moral but it may be to little to late. They give people incentives because they actually came to work all week.

    Cons

It appears the higher management wants to make the company better but the people they have in the clinical management area won't make that happen. Projects are started with no direction. Questions or suggestions or tossed to the side or viewed upon as an irritating distraction because they refuse to see that some of the plans they want to put in place will not work smoothly and may seriously impact other departments....

    Advice to Management

Take hold of the clinical department, they need more people for the process to flow as it should. The answer has always been to do things correctly from the start and as it moves forward, not to hope the people on the back end of the process can steer. Hire a project or implementation manager. These fly by night changes and ideas that only make our jobs harder is killing the department and the moral.

I worked at EnvisionRxOptions full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The people loved my co-workers. The work was really easy. Good benefits 401K. Not a lot of micro managing. Good hours.

    Cons

If you want to advance talk and watch sports at work. Kiss plenty of tail. Maybe even get some tail. Seems like it to me. Does not support much advancement for women.

    Advice to Management

    I have no words.

    Pros

-Good benefits -Competitive pay -Mostly friendly people -Fast growing company -Unique market position -There are not enough pros to get to the 20 word minimum

    Cons

-A lot of unskilled people with no training to do jobs -Many operational gaps which seem insurmountable at times -Rampant politics -Company holds no one accountable for performance -Uncertainty due to sale of company to Rite Aid and Walgreens -No teamwork or collaboration -Very low morale

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at EnvisionRxOptions full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Massive growth, latest technology, good benefits, competitive salary.

    Cons

Zero work/life balance for higher professional based positions. Expect to work 50 - 65 hours a week, regardless of your skill level or organization habits.

    Advice to Management

Usually at a company its "too many managers, and not enough workers", but in Envisions case the issue is here is a lack of thinkers. While running lean is good business, it requires that all workers be able to examine situations and and think horizontally. Too much of the work rests on a small hand full of highly skilled overworked individuals. If you hire lean, then don't hire green (unseasoned)
