I have been working at Envoy full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I have faith that we're doing the right things, cool things on our tech roadmap, great new customers, and still focused on our mission helping HR and their foreignationals, making it easier for them to work around the world.

    Cons

I want to know how I can get more involved across the company and learn as much as I can about everything. Being new, just want to make an impact.

    Advice to Management

So far so good. Everyone is really nice and super smart.

I have been working at Envoy full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I have learned more at Envoy in the last 2+ years than all of my prior work experience combined! I have been presented with opportunities that I likely would not have received at other companies for years. We have an incredibly accessible and talented leadership team that take time to teach and develop their coworkers, but also to listen to and learn from employees at all levels. It is nice to come into work every day knowing I will be doing meaningful work, I will learn something, and I will have some fun doing it.

    Cons

Due to the nature of our business and the stage of company Envoy is, you need to be open to change and willing to roll up your sleeves in order to be successful here.

I have been working at Envoy full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I really love the sense of transparency throughout the company - especially when it comes to our extremely stacked leadership team. They are truly some of the best and the brightest in their respective spaces and it is a privilege to get to work and learn alongside them. Envoy is really coming into its own more and more every day, and that new round of funding over $21M says a lot too!

    Cons

Sometimes, I would love to have an assistant :) But that's just part of the excitement and responsibility that comes within a startup

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing. Keep listening to ideas, developing talent, and growing as a whole!

I have been working at Envoy full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Nice office with good views.

    Cons

Well if you do not want to get paid and have your commission cut from right under you, this is the place to be. When the company cannot keep C-Level employees for 2 years, how do you expect to keep the grunts of the company happy

    Advice to Management

Stop being like CNN and stop with the fake news

I have been working at Envoy full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Free snacks and Coffee.
    Great healthcare benefits.

    Cons

Management, compensation, no direction, no internal growth opportunities, employees were essentially guinea pigs to help company determine realistic expectations, growth trajectory, etc at the expense of everyone currently working there.

    Advice to Management

Treat people like people, not just a number.

I worked at Envoy full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The product itself is really awesome and helpful to customers. They did have free snacks and lots of la croix. The space was new and there were a lot of very nice people.

    Cons

It sometimes felt as though the Customer Support team was taken for granted - often doing a lot of grunt work that account managers would take credit for. It is easy to burn out as the company will continue to keep asking for more without compensation.

    Advice to Management

Be patient and kind to your employees. They work very hard. While it is a business, remember that if employees are treated fairly, the good work will continue to be produced.

I have been working at Envoy full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fulfilling/meaningful work, product that is changing people's lives, thoughtful executive team, clear path for growth. Fun Co-workers

    Cons

we need to do a better job of actual housekeeping and taking care of our workspaces - lots of folks seem to think garbage on the floor or a mess in the kitchen will be cleaned up by someone else. Bottom line - if you made the mess you whould really do your best to clean it up

    Advice to Management

Better and Better! Keep up the great progress!

I have been working at Envoy full-time

    Pros

Envoy values camaraderie, collaboration, and innovation. It is a place where I feel open to give insights about the company, and those ideas are taken seriously. The office spaces are new and pristine, couldn't think of a better place to work!

    Cons

Some could find it difficult to handle the fast past work environment that comes with the incredible growth the Envoy is experiencing,

I have been working at Envoy full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

My coworkers have been great. The initial bootcamp training was really intense and I was surprised it lasted 2 weeks. Continual training and intense sales training are something that I enjoy at Envoy.

    Cons

Territories are not always clear cut. Which is annoying.

    Advice to Management

Celebrate the small wins. That means take us out to drinks when we hit our monthly number as a team.
