    Pros

A very forward thinking entrepreneurial consultancy company that allows every employee to think outside the box. Fast paced working environment with a real people focus. Great career development and flexibility to share knowledge through communities of practices throughout our business.

    Cons

It is expected that our people take ownership of their own development through SWOT analysis, I have embraced this so don't actually see this as a barrier....

I worked at Enzen full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - You need to have an entrepreneur mindset and contribute in getting business rather than delivering at work. High company profits but don't expect exceptional salary hike. Fastest growing consulting company but no career ladder for employees. Check employee retention rate it will provide you more visibility about Enzen.

     - Can't think of anything that can make an employee to stay longer than 8 years other than the company management/leaders. They have made this business grow and they never mentor/ share knowledge with employees to grow as leaders.

    Cons

    - No bonus. Only to most favourite employee.
    - Managers treat employees as labours
    - No trainings to all employees. Training given to only to certain employees under business operations division
    - Leaders do not provide guidance to employees to define careeer path.
    - No diversity at work. Dominate a specific people at work.
    - People and Culture act as People and Vultures . Make employees travel without any reason. No remote working facilities.
    - No health insurance.
    - Getting cliams expenses processed is difficult.
    - If Employees in bench then their weekly effort sheets are blocked and not given access. It is management responsibility to have a work centre allocated for employees at bench or put them i training. There is no internal process.

    Advice to Management

Change in leadership team.Introduce some independent directors who can bring change in working style and build an employee friendly company.
