I have been working at Epicor Software full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great boss and leadership team to work with. They listen and are always there to help when needed. Flexibility is a key part of what I look for in a job and they provide that for sure. In a lot of ways it comes down to your direct manager, and if they are a good one then you are all set. I've not heard of any difficult managers to work for.

    Cons

Way too many layers to work through to get things done at times. The on boarding process for new hires was non-existent . There seems to be disconnect between various divisions, but kind of expected in a large organization.

    Advice to Management

Make sure all divisions have appropriate channels for communicating. Sales to services, sales to support, etc. There seems to be challenges as to who we work with, etc.
