I worked at Epiphany Management Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

They focus on work life balance. You gain ALOT of experience Although it is not well defined/executed yet there is a path for employees to grow in the company. They are business centric, more accounts = more employees = better benefits

    Cons

The growth is a little slow but they are on the tail end of implementing "EMG 2.0"

    Advice to Management

Hang in there, keep pushing the sales, but please don't forget about the people working for you in all the schools.

I worked at Epiphany Management Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

There really aren't many, maybe leaving early on occasion because of a holiday weekend.

    Cons

There are several, far too many to list, however, here are a few. The org chart changes every 3 months. People work in fear of being fired, that probably has something to do with the President bragging about how he fires people and how many he's fired. Ownership isn't ethical and probably doesn't know the meaning of the word; lies of omission are commonplace. For a company of this size, there is more political drama...

I worked at Epiphany Management Group

    Pros

I can not think of any pros. I used this job as a stepping stone and left quickly after I found out what they were up to.

    Cons

Lots of incompetence. Low salary and long hours. Company is mostly a sham. Does not deliver good services to school's. Many articles online linking this company to money laundering and misappropriation.

    Advice to Management

    Stop polluting our education system.

        Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Epiphany Management Group full-time

        Pros

The idea of a shared services organization is sound. Services offered are in line with an outsourced information technology solutions company. Company benefits are good.

        Cons

The company falls short on communication from the top down. No training offered, no mentoring, low salary, They make promises to potential clients that they cannot keep. Thus losing many large, medium and small K-12 schools. A very poorly run company that had the potential to infuse itself in education. The real tragedy is the K-12 schools that paid large amounts of money and received less than acceptable service....

        Advice to Management

Want to be world class? Here are a few steps: Better communication, mentoring program, training program, better pay for directors and techs, get involved with the client and teams, assign a single point of contact, stop changing your titles every other month, create an ORG chart and stick with it instead of changing it 4 times a year. Listen to your team and try to understand, not respond, while engaging potential...
