    Pros

High level of respect between administration and teachers. Great teaching with a focus on values of responsibility and resourcefulness. Exciting expansion project with an environmentally sustainable building.

    Cons

As with many schools, some molehills become mountains and 5% of the people consume 95% of the time and heartache. Pretty difficult to smooth that out in any school, I imagine.

    Advice to Management

Keep building the faculty's professionalism to manage the growth of the school. Allow everyone opportunities to meet others in the field to share best practices and hear other schools' stories.
