I worked at Epsilon full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The work hours are flexible, many technologies are at work. Young grads have opportunity to grow and expand. There is a good training program for them.

    Cons

Everyone is different. There are many who've been at the company for 20 years or more. My experience was challenging, but I learned much about myself as well as data marketing. Focusing more on new grad programs and employees in new India office.

    Advice to Management

Training is invaluable. When decisions need to be made on a million dollar account, having the proper information and training is very important. Never assume that the employee knows what your talking about.

I have been working at Epsilon full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    -Health benefits
-Flexible PTO (except this depends on your team, because some managers are still stuck in the 3 week, 5 sick days mindset, even though the company has stated it is flexible.)
-Work from home (again, this depends on your team, but Epsilon has a two day WFH policy. A lot of older management believes you aren't working if you are working from home.)

    Cons

    - Employees are overworked and under appreciated
    - Promotions are dependent on what team you are on, and not how good you are. You will see people who deserve to get promotions not get them, and those that aren't as good get promoted because of politics and how well they are liked.
    - Upper management does not do a good job of allocating work evenly, and does not care about their employees work life balance
    - On some teams, certain people are doing all the work, and other teammates are doing nothing
    - A lot of upper management politics
    - Offshoring a lot of jobs, and they are not as qualified, causing a lot of errors and extra effort to correct
    - Extremely low pay compared to market

I worked at Epsilon as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Epsilon had a really great internship program! We received lots of exposure to the workplace and personal information and learning sessions. The whole company had a great emphasis on teaching the interns and making sure we enjoyed it! Felt very welcome by everyone in the office.

    Cons

The culture on some floors was dull- some floors had low cubicles with bright lights and lots of fun but the floor I was on had high walls on the cubicles and was not as exciting. (Wakefield Office)
The other con is that because the company is so so big there are a lot of conference calls which makes working as a team a little hard.

    Advice to Management

Have less people working from home and emphasize the importance of face to face contact for projects!

    Pros

Nice colleagues is the biggest pro. Diverse and international business environment with lots of opportunities to travel in a fast paced environment

    Cons

Too many to sum up. With the departure of the previous CEO, the company lost its soul and identity ... new CEO not so much. Very fragmented and complicated organization.

    Advice to Management

Replace current CEO and get someone who truly understands customer first principles

I have been working at Epsilon full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Nice people (the 20% who do the actual work). Decent commute time. Medical and dental benefits are middle of the road.

    Cons

Constant reorganizations and land-grabbing, terrible communication. No vision, company cannot decide what business it belongs in. People are expendable. Toxic culture, backstabbing, incompetent leadership. 20% of the people are doing all of the work.

    Advice to Management

CEO needs to get rid of top management. Reorganizations will not fix.

Laying off People---every quarter they lay off good people and send jobs to India. Don't even let you call India office as offshore. They would call it epsilon India

    Advice to Management

Don't let good people go...you just can not survive depending on offshore resources. Think outside of Dollars.
