    I worked at Epsilon (North Carolina) as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

    They will do what they can to work with you.

    Cons

    Not the best at making sure that the employee is kept up to date on things.

    Advice to Management

    Make sure to find out why Prime Contractors let an employee go.

    Pros

    Upper Management is very personable and makes you feel like part of the family.

    Cons

    Short term contracts with the DoD are norm. Job security is lacking on these types of contracts.
